What is collected

When you submit an inquiry, Conti Digital receives the information you enter, such as your name, work email, company, service interest, and project context. The submission is stored in a private Payload CMS database so Peter T. Conti can evaluate and respond to the request.

Form contents, names, email addresses, company names, phone numbers, and project descriptions are not sent to Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager.

Analytics and attribution

Google Analytics 4 is enabled by default to measure page usage and high-level actions such as starting an inquiry, completing an accepted inquiry, requesting a consultation, or choosing a direct contact method. Campaign parameters, the first landing path, referring hostname, and pseudonymous Google Analytics client and session identifiers may be stored for attribution.

You can disable analytics at any time using Privacy settings in the footer. Campaign identifier storage is a separate opt-in choice. When allowed, advertising click identifiers may be retained to connect a later qualified lead or signed engagement to the campaign that produced it. No advertising or remarketing tag is currently required for the site to function.

Service providers

The site uses Amazon Web Services for hosting and storage, Payload CMS and PostgreSQL for content and inquiry records, Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention, Resend for inquiry email delivery, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4 for preference-controlled measurement, and Google Calendar when you choose to schedule a consultation.

Retention and your choices

Inquiry records are retained only while needed for consultation follow-up, business records, security, and legal obligations. Analytics retention follows the configured Google Analytics property settings. You may decline analytics and marketing storage or reopen Privacy settings from the footer at any time.
