Own the systems your business depends on.
I replace the legacy software and rented platforms running your business with production AWS systems you own outright, and I build AI agents that do real work inside them, with permissions your security team can read. Principal-led from Naples, Florida.
Proof and credibility
Delivery proof
- Millions in annual revenueannual revenue commerce platform built and operated
- +40%increase in user acquisition after platform cutover
- Zero downtimeplatform cutover and operations migration
- Six figuresin monthly Google Shopping revenue driven by the first-party GMC integration
- Open sourceproduction-grade plugins extracted from real commerce workflows
- GA4 + GMCanalytics and product-feed integrations extracted from live commerce workflows
Three doors
Which of these is your problem?
Every engagement starts with one of three conditions. Pick the sentence that sounds like your business.
The system no longer fits.
FileMaker, Access, the internal app nobody dares touch. I replace it with software you own, without losing the workflow your staff depend on. Proof: 28,062 invoices migrated with zero operational downtime.
The cart can't close your sales.
Wires, deposits, quotes, staged settlement: transactions hosted carts cannot model. I build commerce platforms that close them. Proof: six-figure monthly Google Shopping revenue on an owned platform.
The work shouldn't still be manual.
And you are not giving a chatbot the keys. I build governed AI agents inside your AWS account, with human approval on every consequential action. Proof: three production agents, used daily by a non-technical operator.
Case Studies
Case studies with actual implementation weight
Production proof points: human-governed AI operations agents, a regulated-data ledger architecture, and a zero-downtime commerce modernization supporting millions in annual revenue.
Fine's Gallery AI operations agent
Sovereign agents inside the client's AWS organization that investigate production systems, prepares CMS and engineering changes, and gate high-impact actions behind human approval.
Confidential energy registry architecture
A PostgreSQL UTXO ledger core, database-owned mutation boundary, invariant test coverage, and sovereign AWS roadmap for a confidential regulated registry.
Fine's Gallery platform modernization
A custom commerce and operations platform supporting millions in annual revenue, with 28,062 migrated invoices and a zero-downtime production cutover.
From the client
“Mr. Peter, as our technology partner, built our entire commerce and operations platform from the ground up on AWS. It runs our website, our orders, our invoicing, our payments, everything. Migrating to the new system was seamless, with no interruption or data loss. Peter is honest, a strong communicator, and when something needs attention, he takes care of it fast. I trust him with the most important systems in my company. Highly recommended.”
Open source
Open-source software from production systems
The public releases now cover Payload CMS social publishing, GA4 ecommerce reporting, and Google Merchant Center synchronization. The signal is broader: production work becomes reusable software when the abstraction is worth maintaining outside a single client codebase.

The build was the beginning
Fine's Gallery came through the first door: a 20-year-old FileMaker system running invoicing, one failure away from stopping the business. I replaced it, built the commerce platform around it, and kept going. I still operate the AWS infrastructure and application, maintain the platform, ship new commerce capabilities, and build governed AI agents inside it. Client ownership made that long relationship safer. It did not end the relationship. Read the platform case study and the AI operations case study.
The operating standard
The part that does not change by door
Whichever problem brought you here, the engagement runs the same way: one accountable engineer from architecture through production, a written ownership standard, and an operating plan that makes responsibility explicit before launch.
Delivered to a written standard
Every system ships against the Ownership Standard: thirteen numbered items, signed, and attached to the build agreement. Your AWS accounts, repositories, data, billing, and deployment path stay under your control while I operate the system. If the relationship ever ends, those assets and the operating path do not disappear.
One accountable architect
I am Peter T. Conti, AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional, based in Naples, Florida. The person you talk to designs the architecture, writes the code, runs the cutover, and answers for the result. The evidence index separates public records, client-verifiable delivery evidence, and attested outcomes so you can see exactly what each claim rests on.
Build, operate, and keep moving
Platform work starts with a $15,000 Architecture Sprint; agents start at $10,000. Production builds start at $80,000. Ongoing Platform Engineering starts at $10,000 a month when you want me to run the AWS infrastructure and application, handle maintenance and incidents within defined coverage, and keep shipping the roadmap after launch.

Ways to work together
Platform work and AI agent work have different starting points. The separate tracks below make that distinction explicit before a sales conversation begins.
Platform work: legacy replacement and commerce
Legacy replacement and commerce platforms are the same engineering practice with different entry points. One ladder covers both doors.
Platform Architecture Sprint
Starting at $15K
3 weeks
A fixed-scope review for build-vs-buy, migration, and modernization decisions: current-state architecture, risk surface, cost model, and execution roadmap without committing to a full build. Every sprint includes a vendor dependency audit: your current stack, scored in writing against the six questions and the Ownership Standard.
Scope a Platform Architecture SprintPlatform Build
Starting at $80K
3-6 months
Senior-led implementation for custom AWS-backed commerce, operations, registry, or data platforms, including deployment, integrations, observability, cutover, launch stabilization, and a defined operating path after launch.
Discuss a Platform Build
AI agents
A lower entry point for one bounded workflow, with a distinct sprint and build scope.
Agent Architecture Sprint
Starting at $10K
3 weeks
A fixed-scope design for one high-value workflow: system boundaries, tool contracts, approval gates, access model, failure modes, cost model, and production roadmap. Every sprint includes a vendor dependency audit: your current stack, scored in writing against the six questions and the Ownership Standard.
Scope an Agent Architecture SprintAgent Production Build
Starting at $25K
6-8 weeks
One production workflow delivered inside the client's AWS environment with business-specific tools, required integrations, scoped access, human approval, and audit evidence.
Discuss an Agent Production Build
Operate, maintain, and extend
Keep the engineer who knows the platform accountable for AWS, application operation, maintenance, incidents within defined coverage, and continued delivery.
Ongoing Platform Engineering
Starting at $10K / month
3-month minimum
AWS and application operations, maintenance, incident response within defined coverage, reliability and cost work, vendor integrations, and continued feature delivery by the engineer who knows the system.
Discuss ongoing platform engineering
Outside the standard lanes
Regulated data architecture, migration rescue, due diligence, and other difficult platform work are scoped on their own terms.
Custom Engagement
Scoped after discovery
Scoped after discovery
For high-stakes work that does not fit a sprint, build, or ongoing platform engagement: regulated data systems, migration rescue, due diligence, or deeply specific platform work.
